Notice of Proposed Amendment of Johnson Township Zoning Resolution
Notice is hereby given that the Zoning Commission of Johnson Township, Champaign County, will hold a public hearing on Wednesday August 26, for the purpose of considering a proposed amendment to the Township’s Zoning Resolution. The proposed amendment confirms and clarifies the current regulation of solar energy system.
The hearing will be held at 5:30 PM at the Johnson Township Building, 1938 Apple Road, St. Paris, Ohio 43072. After the conclusion of the hearing, the matter will be submitted to the Board of Township Trustees for its action. The text of the proposed amendments will be available for examination at the St. Paris Public Library, 127 E. Main St., St. Paris, Ohio 43072, for a period of 10 days prior to the hearing. Samuel Powell, Chairman, Johnson Township Zoning Commission, is the individual responsible for the publication of this notice.
